Synopsis
List a sequence’s BLAST matches among databases.
repp list sequence [seq] [flags]

Options
-d, --dbs string comma separated list of sequence databases
-x, --exclude string keywords for excluding fragments
-h, --help help for sequence
-t, --identity int match %-identity threshold (see 'blastn -help') (default 100)
